Growing up in rural Wisconsin and working for my family’s custom home building business inspired my design career by seeing how a creative vision comes to life and the importance of careful craftsmanship. My hearty Norwegian heritage also inspired my esthetic and hardworking collaborative spirit.

With over 25 years as a creative leader, designer and mentor, I’m still constantly seeking those collaborations that create memorable and emotional connections with consumers. I don’t have one particular style, preferring to adapt, evolve and learn what serves audiences the best. I especially like the multi-sensory experiences that come from creating for interactive, experiential and packaging projects. Sucessful solutions come from cultivating a sense of empathy and learning all I can along the way. Understanding and respecting a diverse array of points-of-view is essential. I still get excited in the process of creation and turning all that hard work into some serious brand love.

I believe a rich life makes for better work and vice versa. So when I’m off the clock you can often find me on the slopes, trying to do my father proud with home renovations or craft projects, traveling or baking with my girls.

Oh, and if you can pronounce my maiden name of Arnetveit, I’ll buy you a beer!
